Track [Girls] - Assistant Coach (Winter) Must have extensive knowledge of the sport and the ability to effectively teach and communicate fundamental skills. Must have at least 2–4 years of coaching experience working with children and/or adolescents; coaching at the high school level preferred. A strong understanding of the sport’s theory and practice is required; experience as a player or coach at the high school or collegiate level is preferred. Must demonstrate the personal qualities necessary to foster sportsmanship and support student‑athlete success in a positive and encouraging environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, along with a proven ability to build relationships with student-athletes, parents, staff, and school administration.
