Under direct supervision, you will assign diagnostic and procedure codes from medical records (ICD-9 and CPT-4) and support compliance with company standards. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma, completion of a medical record technology course, and at least one year of coding experience; three years preferred.
