About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technical Support Engineering to lead the global vision and delivery of world-class technical support experiences for its most mission-critical, high-value customers. The successful candidate will be an executive leader of leaders, responsible for setting and communicating a bold, data-driven global strategy that aligns with customer success and company priorities. This role requires a proven track record in building and scaling premium, signature, or mission-critical support programs at a global enterprise scale, with a deep familiarity in CRM, SaaS, or cloud-based enterprise software. The VP will be expected to maintain exceptional command of global operational metrics, drive a data-first culture, and use data to identify and resolve systemic patterns. Executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners at the highest levels are essential. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 15 years of experience in technical support, with a minimum of 10 years in senior management positions, including 5 years leading teams of Senior Directors or Directors. The role demands a leader with a strong background in data and analytical acumen, capable of driving transformational operational improvement and presenting data-driven investment cases to executive audiences. The VP will also be responsible for executive engagement, stakeholder management, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, and the candidate must be willing to travel globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to operate across both the visionary and executional spectrum, with a commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing global organizations.
