Medical Director of Kidney Transplant

Gulf Coast

Position Highlights

M-F schedule including 1 day for admin duties. 1:5 call
This group completes around 200 kidney transplants per year and would like to grow that number to 250+
Supportive colleagues who are ready to make any changes the incoming director thinks are necessary.
Join and lead a strong multidisciplinary transplant infrastructure: transplant surgeons, 4 transplant nephrologists, 3 clinic APPs, 11 inpatients APPs, certified transplant coordinators, 23 RNs, social workers, pharmacy, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary negotiable based on experience
Generous Performance Bonus, Sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend.
Comprehensive Benefits Package including 10 days for CME
PSLF qualified

Qualifications

Board Certified Transplant Nephrologist or BC Nephrologist with substantial kidney transplant leadership experience
Seeking an innovative Director with experience in kidney and kidney-pancreas transplant care, quality outcomes, selection/listing processes, living donor/transplant access strategy, and multidisciplinary leadership
