About the Position

New Orleans is a Louisiana city on the Mississippi River, near the Gulf of Mexico. Nicknamed the 'Big Easy,' it's known for its round-the-clock nightlife, vibrant live-music scene, and flavorful cuisine reflecting its history as a melting pot of French, African, and American cultures. Embodying its festive spirit is Mardi Gras, the late-winter carnival famed for raucous costumed parades and street parties. The historic heart of the city is the French Quarter, known for its French and Spanish Creole architecture and vibrant nightlife along Bourbon Street.

$30k - $40k for a sign-on bonus; negotiable relocation assistance
30 days of PTO; 10 days of CME time with a $2k annual stipend
Esophageal / foregut specialist needed
Lead the GI aspect of an existing esophageal disorders program
3-year internal medicine residency; 3-year gastroenterology fellowship
Overnight and weekend general GI call shared among a large GI group; 5 weeks/weekends per year
Monday through Friday schedule; outpatient care only
City with exceptional nightlife, restaurants, and culture
