Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Baytown, TX area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $33-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Read fabrication drawings and mechanical layouts
Fit and assemble mill structures, guards, and platforms
Install piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
Perform equipment modifications and shutdown jobs
Inspect fit-up dimensions and tolerances
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
Requirements
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Knowledge of industrial safety practices
Experience in steel or pipe manufacturing preferred
ITI/Diploma in relevant trade with industrial manufacturing experience
Experience in ERW pipe manufacturing is preferred
