Job Description Pay Range: $21.73 - $24.27 / hour As Lead II, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Team Members and Shift Leads and ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will lead by example, setting the standard for excellence and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience and team development. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead your team and set the example in welcoming, greeting, and interacting with all members, prospective members, and guests. Ability to identify deficits and improve upon current standards and processes Collaborate with your team to ensure daily cleaning tasks and gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Membership sign-ups and prospect tours, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, managing escalated member concerns, and making and serving smoothies, if applicable Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership information and offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions Ensure proper completion of opening and closing responsibilities, breaking employees for lunches and maintaining appropriate staff levels, and completing inventory counts and orders Supervise member management software reports and process data entry.
