Real Estate Property Manager in Prattville, AL

Looking for someone who is willing to treat our owners' properties like they are managing their own properties; someone who is goal-oriented and task-oriented. Join our team today!

Compensation:

$40,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
Doing property inspections
Performing move-in and move-out inspections
Answering tenants' and owners' questions and concerns
Dispatching contractors and following up on the progress
Collect and adjust the rent
Communicate and update the team on new and ending contracts

Qualifications:

MUST have 1-3 years of management experience
Active Real Estate Licensed
Proficient computer skills
Great at handling tenants
