You'll create goals, build plans, develop your leadership team, and make sure your restaurant delivers the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness our customers expect.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the overall restaurant operation
• Taking ownership of restaurant business results
• Driving sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans to achieve them
• Building and developing a strong management team
• Coaching Assistant, Department, and Shift Managers
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining great people
• Creating a positive restaurant culture where employees can succeed
• Maintaining high standards for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Managing labor, inventory, food cost, and other restaurant systems
• Identifying opportunities and taking action to improve performance
• Recognizing great performance and developing future leaders
• Building a restaurant team that's ready for today—and for the future

• Has previous General Manager experience, preferably running a high-volume restaurant
• Has quick-service restaurant experience or a strong background in hospitality or retail management
• Has experience leading and developing Managers

• Leads by example and holds themselves and their team accountable
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Can make confident decisions and solve problems
