Y ou are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager i n T raining position if you: Bring proven leadership experience —at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment . Understand high-volume retail or service operations , including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Take initiative and lead by example , modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team.
