Job Summary Provides each guest with excellent customer service while performing professional nail, hand and foot treatments and selling retail products that best fit the guests’ needs. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nailcare and polish application Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care, maintenance and products Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members Communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing, and their benefits Recommend and upsell services and products that fit the guests’ needs Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy Maintain clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products Perform other duties as assigned What You Will Need Prior Hotel/Casino Experience preferred. Must hold license from Virginia State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
