It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting process for clients. About TL Squared, LLP Founded in 2018, TL2 is a women-owned business specializing in outsourced accounting services. Leveraging our extensive experience from prominent industry firms, we saw an opportunity to create something new. We recognized the need to move away from conventional methodologies prevalent in large corporate environments, which are often burdened by bureaucratic hurdles, male-dominated cultures, and outdated practices.Motivated by innovation and client-centricity, TL2 aims to revolutionize traditional accounting practices. Description Essential Functions Communicates effectively with accounting mangers and partners, providing timely status reports. Communicates effectively and professionally with clients. Data entry for multiple clients Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations for a variety of clients. Maintaining account balances by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Maintaining historical records by filing documents. Processing payroll for clients. Good understanding of debits and credit. Willingness to "roll up the sleeves" and assist in special projects as needed. Required Experience: 0-1 years of pertinent experience Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online Accounting Software, Bill.com, and Microsoft Word & Excel a plus Experience with small to medium-sized businesses a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Tlsqd
