Job Description

• Competently test and inspect various manufacturers systems.

• Fire Alarm Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems.

Required Skills

• Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.

• Must have a professional attitude and good communication skills

• Valid drivers license is required.

• 2 or more years of experience within the Commercial Fire Protection industry.

• Completion of FASA/BASA certification.

• Experience and/or Certification working with some of the following systems: Edwards EST, Silent Knight, Simplex, Notifier, and Fire Lite

• Knowledge of building & fire codes for inspection proposes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to lift equipment and climb ladders and scaffolding.
