Fire Alarm Inspector

Job Description Competently test and inspect various manufacturers systems. Fire Alarm Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems. Required Skills Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule. Must have a professional attitude and good communication skills Valid drivers license is required. 2 or more years of experience within the Commercial Fire Protection industry. Completion of FASA/BASA certification. Experience and/or Certification working with some of the following systems: Edwards EST, Silent Knight, Simplex, Notifier, and Fire Lite Knowledge of building & fire codes for inspection proposes. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift equipment and climb ladders and scaffolding.
