Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst



Job Duties:


INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop andimplement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.


Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Integration and Enhancement: Integrate with upstream applications, including internal custom applications and Airtable base, including but not limited to, composing data set information for the payload, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Enhance the CATS system to identify and implement improvements, ensure compatibility with integrated platforms.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies that could impact system performance and overall integration. Use statistical methods and tools to derive insights from data to make decisions.
•Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical viability of proposed integrations, enhancements, identify potential risks and timeframes to ensure successful implementation.
•Carry-out gap analysis to compare current state of systems with desired future state, develop plan to bridge identified gaps through enhancements and integrations, create detailed design
documents, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate proposals.
•Add and update configurations to meet functional expectations to modify system configurations for new functionalities and requirements, test/validate changes.
•Automate manual workflows to improve efficiency, reduce human error.
•Troubleshoot integration errors in the middle layer code.
•Resolve data corruption issues and implement corrective measures. Develop strategies to minimize risk of future data corruption and generate backend reports using SQL queries to first
identify corrupt data and then provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
•Initiate the investigation of server errors affecting the system's notification process and facilitate implementation of fixes.


This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other personnel.


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.


Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
1. Develop roadmap to keep project team on target to meet goals/deadlines
2. Work closely with development & UX Design team to align on requirement scope and timeline
3. Build system permissions structure
4. Capture business requirements with executive stakeholders and translate into appropriate documentation
5. Write and manage designs and development tickets
6. Develop and lead UAT sessions
7. Oversee development of training materials
8. Create presentations for executive stakeholders

• Salary $ 136,219 per year
• Travel: No Travel. No Telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
