Job Types: Part‑time to Full‑time Pay: Starting at $16 per hour, based on relevant experience and education Benefits: Guaranteed hours in a placement or signed Full Time Flex Role Flexibility to manage availability to work 401(k) matching Professional development assistance Schedule: Must be available between 7 am‑7 pm Monday through Friday Additional hours available Weekends as needed or desired License/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred) Driver’s License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Requirements: 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid) outside of family (especially infants and toddlers) Must be comfortable working with multiple families AND multiple children within the home Access to a registered and insured vehicle Flexibility – ability to work irregular hours if needed. Must be able to pass a background check Must be passionate about childcare, making a difference in the lives of the children and families.
