RR Electric Heating & Air has proudly served California homeowners for over 30 years, and we're growing faster than ever. With a full schedule, strong demand, and an expanding Electrical Division, we're looking for an experienced Lead Residential Install Electrician to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead installations, mentor apprentices, deliver exceptional workmanship, and take pride in every job from start to finish.

• Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
• Install and replace electrical panels and service upgrades
• Complete full and partial home rewires
• Install EV chargers, generators, surge protection, and dedicated circuits
• Install lighting, switches, outlets, ceiling fans, and specialty electrical equipment
• Read plans, coordinate installations, and ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Lead and mentor apprentices and helpers on the jobsite
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate with customers and office staff throughout the installation process
• Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality

• Strong residential installation experience
• Proven ability to lead installation crews independently
• Experience with panel upgrades, rewires, service changes, and residential electrical systems
• Ability to read plans and troubleshoot installation challenges
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Electrical certification or license is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoors
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights
