An outstanding opportunity awaits an experienced Physical Therapist who thrives in a dynamic school setting. This contract position supports approximately 37 students across multiple campuses, focusing primarily on elementary caseloads. You'll provide essential therapeutic services to help students reach their physical potential, collaborating with educators and families to make a meaningful impact.

This full-time assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through December 18, 2026, offering the stability of a long-term schedule. You’ll work five days per week (8-hour days), with variety in your daily routine as you travel between campuses near Ponte Vedra, FL.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license, eligible for practice in FL
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and school documentation standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and positivity when working with diverse populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for a caseload of roughly 37 students
• Develop and track progress toward goals in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and family members
• Document services and outcomes in compliance with school and federal regulations
• Travel to multiple locations, predominantly serving elementary students
