When you join our team as a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, we offer: Competitive Compensation: $38-$55/hr based on experience and skills, plus bi-weekly bonuses. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, You Will Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments. Deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child. Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to SLP-CFs, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to thrive. This may include travel to various locations for in-person support and team collaboration. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective interventions. Lead by example in fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for staff and families. Required Skills Required Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Current state licensure as an SLP.
