FP&A Associate

This role is with a rapidly growing financial services firm that is looking to add an FP&A Associate to its Corporate Finance team. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience who wants broad exposure to firmwide planning, executive reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. What you’ll be responsible for: Supporting annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting across revenue, business activity, and key financial metrics Preparing budget-to-actual variance analysis and updated forecasts Developing financial dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and the Board Partnering with business, sales, and departmental leaders to evaluate performance and support decision-making Performing sales, client, and profitability analytics Assisting with monthly management reporting and quarterly Board reporting packages Improving reporting processes, internal controls, and FP&A automation Supporting special projects, including new planning tools and software implementations What they’re looking for: 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or management consulting experience Financial services experience strongly preferred Exposure to private equity, hedge funds, structured investments, or other alternative investments is a plus Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities Experience with tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Tableau, NetSuite, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar systems is helpful Ability to work with large data sets and communicate findings clearly to business leaders Schedule: Hybrid, with four days per week in the office and Fridays remote This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated, growing organization and gain exposure to senior leadership while helping enhance the company’s firmwide FP&A function. #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
