Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities

Operate gas or electric forklifts to move materials between departments, buildings, and work areas
Load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently
Collect and deliver a wide variety of materials as directed
Ensure quality and integrity of products in accordance with customer specifications
Perform additional quality checks on materials being transferred
Maintain accurate handling and organization of inventory
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid forklift certification required (or ability to successfully complete certification)
Ability to understand basic manufacturing or inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces
Ability to kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb, and stoop throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

Manufacturing and warehouse setting
Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and physical activity
Strong focus on safety and quality
