Operations Manager
Patterson
Patterson is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and distribution activities for our wholesale dental and animal health products. In this role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and workflow optimization to ensure on-time, error-free delivery to healthcare customers. You will manage and develop team members, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics to improve processes. Using data and KPIs, you will drive continuous improvement, support technology and systems adoption, and uphold Patterson’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus.
