Ride Operations Lead: Safety, Training & Guest Experience

The Post Oak in Kemah, TX is seeking a Rides Supervisor to bridge management and frontline staff. You will train, motivate, direct, and coach team across operations, ensuring guest safety on park rides and delivering outstanding service. This role requires ability to enforce safety protocols, lead a positive team culture, and respond to guest and employee concerns.
