Assembler (Night Shift)

Responsibilities Assemble custom air filtration products and components, following engineering specifications. Read technical documentation and build according to detailed instructions. Use various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble and manufacture air filtration products. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports regarding production, machine maintenance, and any product inconsistencies. Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment. Inventory tools, parts, and supplies, and inform the production supervisor when additional resources are needed. Periodically check products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications; resolve issues or notify supervisors. Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize assembly processes and product quality. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye, glove, and ear protection. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities High attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work. Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively with others in a production environment. Strong ability to maintain and perform basic repairs on assembly equipment and machinery. Basic proficiency in reading and writing to ensure accurate assembly and documentation. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly, especially in a technical field, preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required. Manual dexterity for assembly tasks and handling small components with precision. Excellent hand‑eye coordination for working with tools and machinery. Must wear appropriate PPE, including eye, glove, and ear protection, during work activities as required.
