Soldering Operator (1st Shift) Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience and testing) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Operator to assemble and test medical and military devices. This role requires the use of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment to ensure high-quality production while following established procedures and specifications. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Perform soldering and assembly operations using hand and power tools Collect and prepare materials and equipment needed for production Align and assemble components to build complex units Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are metModify or adjust components based on measurements and specifications Report any defects, malfunctions, or production issues to the Team Lead Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous soldering and/or assembly experience preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc.
