Contracts Manager

Overview The Opportunity: As a contract manager, you use negotiation tactics and organizational skills to help manage critical documents. You will bring advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, acting as a trusted advisor and a collaborative team member who develops creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company. On our team, you’ll apply your contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. You will touch every element of government acquisition, from capture through proposal and execution, to closeout. You’ll review solicitations for risk, guide proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk management, including regulatory and corporate policy compliance, organizational conflict of interest, and intellectual property negotiations. You’ll monitor operational performance and manage relationships with client counterparts to achieve business goals. You Have 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and materials, and cost reimbursable Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures Ability to support complex contract activities that require creative solutions to achieve business goals Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have Experience with Intelligence Community clients Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various sizes and complexities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risks Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam NCMA Professional Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, experience, and contract-specific factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
