Make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites as a Special Education Teacher working with students from PreK through high school. This full-time, contract opportunity runs through May 2027 and offers a chance to enrich the lives of diverse learners in a supportive, collaborative environment near Great Falls, SC. Positions are available at both elementary, middle, and high school levels, with settings ranging from co-taught resource rooms to moderate and self-contained classrooms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active South Carolina Special Education Teacher License required
• Multi-categorical certification or endorsement required
• Experience with special settings (moderate, resource rooms, self-contained) strongly preferred
• Ability to serve PreK, elementary, middle, or high school students depending on site assignment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable to onsite teaching, with virtual options considered at a later date

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt lessons and instruction for students with varying abilities and needs
• Work collaboratively with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and families
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with IEP goals and state standards
• Support social and emotional skill development for students
