About This Role
A seasoned early childhood educator is sought to lead our 2-year-old room.
- Develop and implement engaging daily activities
- Ensure a secure and nurturing environment for all children
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and parents
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, as outlined by the state
Supervise and manage a classroom of 1-2 year olds, fostering a fun and educational environment.
Design and lead age-specific activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Plan and create a daily schedule that balances structure and flexibility.
Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates.
Infuse the classroom with energy, excitement, and a love for learning.
RequirementsRegular attendance at scheduled staff meetings
Energetic and enthusiastic in approach
A passion for nurturing and developing young minds
Ability to maintain a well-organized and stable learning environment
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Capacity to communicate effectively
