About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of the region's most significant community hospitals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, relationship-oriented leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. The CEO will be responsible for partnering with the Board of Commissioners, medical staff, employees, and community leaders to advance the organization's mission and strategic priorities. This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated workforce, maintaining strong physician and provider engagement, and fostering a culture centered on quality, safety, service excellence, and accountability. Candidates for the CEO position should be experienced healthcare executives with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital, health system, or integrated delivery network.
