Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Event Management & Customer Service with the prospect of permanent employment - 100% Home Office

For our annual "Real Estate Summit" event, we are immediately seeking a motivated working student (m/f/d) to actively support our team in the organization, support and communication surrounding the event.

Do you enjoy talking on the phone, have a knack for written communication, and possess a strong sense of language and spelling? – Then you've come to the right place!

Your tasks

• You will personally and reliably support our exhibitors, partners and speakers – from the preparation to the follow-up of the event.
• You conduct friendly and professional phone calls with existing customers and also provide support with ticket sales.
• You will handle email communication and ensure that no request goes unanswered.
• You create summaries and weekly reports that help our team keep track of things.
• You will assist with organizational and administrative tasks and independently conduct research, e.g. on hotels, restaurants or price comparisons.
• You also have the chance to gain exciting insights into areas such as email marketing and social media content.

Your profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in customer service or communication.
• Optional: Initial experience with common content creation tools (e.g., Canva ).
• You possess the ability to think, act, and work proactively.
• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
• You enjoy new and varied tasks and are a team player.
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You have high quality standards for yourself and others and can handle stressful situations well.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, and you are also good at spelling.
