What You’ll Be Doing: As a Front of House Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service. Leading and motivating the team to deliver top-notch customer service. Managing staff schedules, training, and performance. Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction. Upholding health and safety standards, including ServSafe certification requirements. Collaborating with other managers to maintain a seamless connection between front and back-of-house operations. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking candidates who bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. A valid ServSafe certification (required). Strong leadership and communication skills. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
