Job Information Department Name: Food and Beverage Hospitality $13.48 Plus Service Charge and/or Gratuity City: White Sulphur Springs State/Province: West Virginia 24986 Job Description Essential Job Functions Position: Bar Back Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.) Set bars for lounges and receptions according to SOP Replenish and order beverages and supplies according to par levels Clean and organize bar areas in both front and back of house Execute job in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures while incorporating 5 Star, 5 Diamond guidelines Ability to convey intelligent, friendly, informative conversation with guest Knowledgeable of Greenbrier amenities and social areas Secondary Responsibilities: Knowledgeable of professional bar service Knowledgeable of Mixology Taking and filling beverage orders Taking and filling food orders Knowledge of wine and wine presentation Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days) Eight hours shifts, five days a week Weekends and holidays In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria in addition to the Ten Essential Attributes for All Employees.
