CGP: Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $52.00 to $57.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support period end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities through detailed financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan or prior periods.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
• Prepare clear financial materials for leadership and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
