Recruiter We are pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Recruiter based out of our Administrative location in midtown Phoenix, AZ. Full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt. Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week. Day Shift. 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience required, preferably in integrated healthcare. Bilingual preferred. Responsibilities Responsible for end‑to‑end recruiting process for assigned positions, including posting to attract appropriate and qualified candidates. Screening and assessing candidates to determine knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitude. Selecting appropriate candidates to move forward in the hiring process. Working with candidates to complete onboarding tasks to start employment. Developing creative recruitment solutions if the operations/sites are experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff. Sourcing candidates through various databases, social media, and other appropriate tools. Partnering with HR team to drive a consistent approach to talent assessment and candidate experience, including internal candidates. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with business leaders and employees and gaining an understanding of operational needs. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience (preferably in healthcare). High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels, including cold calling. Well‑developed critical thinking, analytical, time‑management, organizational, conflict‑resolution, and judgment skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence leaders. Valid Arizona driver’s license; must be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years driving experience and meet Terros Health’s driving policy. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or must apply for one within 7 working days of employment. Must pass a TB test.
