Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

• Schedule and confirm client meetings, follow up calls, and other client interactions

• Respond to client emails promptly and professionally

• Prepare and maintain administrative paperwork for client accounts and relationships

• Create account opening and maintenance paperwork and follow up to ensure completion

• Maintain investment account documentation

• Prepare transaction and cashiering paperwork for cash distributions and contributions

• Review, enter, and maintain client financial information across multiple software platforms

• Support systems including RedTail, Addepar, eMoney, and Albridge

• Ensure new accounts and transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time

• Assist with additional administrative and client service responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service

• Friendly, flexible, and professional attitude

• Genuine interest in supporting and building relationships with clients

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Self starter with strong problem solving and independent thinking skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Interest in financial planning and investment advising

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• CFP® or CFP® candidate preferred

Full Time, On Site

$60,000 a year
