SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their authenticity, engagement and fun.SciPlay currently offers nine core games, including social casino games Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino Slots, Hot Shot Casino and Quick Hit Slots, and casual games MONOPOLY Slots, Bingo Showdown, 88 Fortunes Slots, Backgammon Live and Solitaire Pet Adventure with offices all over the world!Position SummaryThe Monetization Analyst is responsible for supplying analysis and direction to fellow team members in order to improve key performance indicators and is also responsible for weekly deliverables, which is an opportunity to present analysis on test results and recommended areas of focus to management.Essential Job Functions:Query databases with efficient HQL/SQL queriesAnalyze query results using Excel or other statistical toolsCreate weekly presentations to report status of Social/Mobile games to managementA/B Test status reportingIdentify areas of opportunity from analysis and brainstorm creative solutions with teamAd hoc ReportingQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or relevant areaRequired Experience: 3+ years of professional analytics, statistics or engineering experienceKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:SQL/HQL/MySQLUnderstanding of relational databasesExcelOther statistical analysis tools a plus (e.g. Minitab, SAS, R, etc.)Presenting analysis in a group settingClear and effective communication of complex ideas and analysisAbility to work with little direction, self-directedGeneral understanding of programming concepts and methodology a plusAgile/Scrum software development experience is a plusCritical thinking and creative problem solvingWe are SciPlay!
