Customer Support Specialist

Location: Noble, Oklahoma

Job Description Position Type: Long-term Contract Location: South Norman Pay Rate: $16/hr Projected Start Date: October 12th, 2026 As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing solutions and next steps to clients, answering inbound calls, and placing outbound calls to aid in processing applications while demonstrating professionalism.

Qualifications:

Basic Computer Skills
High School Diploma / GED AND 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Call Center
Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
Must show a level of empathy and willingness to help
Experience in using dual monitors
Ability to understand written materials and instructions

Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive customer service through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct initial assessment, research, and provide resolutions for clients
Navigate multiple internal database systems
Maintain and complete comprehensive client files in a timely manner OKCFA
