Production Lead

Bilingual English/Spanish Production Team Lead

Pay: $21.00 per hour | Full-Time

We're hiring an experienced Bilingual Production Team Lead to lead and support employees in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident directing a team and keeping production running safely and efficiently. Previous Team Lead experience and fluency in English and Spanish are required.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
• Assign employees to work areas based on production needs
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety
• Train and coach new and existing employees
• Ensure GMP, sanitation, food safety, and company procedures are followed
• Communicate staffing, production, and equipment concerns to management
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
• Complete production and employee documentation
• Promote a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience required
• Fluent in English and Spanish required
• Manufacturing, production, or food-processing experience
• Strong leadership and employee coaching skills
• Ability to confidently direct and motivate a production team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• GMP and food safety knowledge preferred
• Basic computer and documentation skills

Work Environment

• Refrigerated production environment of approximately 35°F–45°F
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Cold, wet, and fast-paced production setting
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required

Pay $21.00 per hour
