Full time | Ironside Human Resources | United States Job Information Health Care City Dallas State/Province Texas 75206 Job Description Ironside Human Resources located in Dallas, TX is seeking to hire full-time, permanent Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team! Full-time, permanent, direct-hire Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday Fully in office (remote/hybrid roles are not an option) Base salary with uncapped commissions in both the permanent and contract recruitment verticals HSA, life insurance, 401K, and other benefits provided Hands-on training provided by our Senior Recruiters, Operations, and Leadership team members Heavy phone dialing position with daily dials objective Healthcare Recruiter must abide by all company protocols and procedures while navigating various recruitment databases and platforms to source candidates for client presentation Healthcare Recruiter will work with a diverse portfolio of healthcare institutions in sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for a variety of positions both clinical and non-clinical Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications: Some formal college experience, Associate's, and/or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred 1-2 years of customer service, sales, and/or recruitment experience Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications and present professional email etiquette capabilities The Surrounding Dallas Neighborhood: Located in a central neighborhood conveniently adjacent to the SMU Campus, DART Station, and US-75 Free parking and 24/7 building access to all Ironside HR employees Diversity of culinary options available locally for a quick bite, business luncheons, or for delivery Biking/running trail just outside the Building with LifeTime just across the street within walking distance as well! #J-18808-Ljbffr Ironside Human Resources
