Infeed Material Operator

Job Overview Position: Infeed Material Operator – Mooresville, NC. Hiring immediately. Weekly pay $21.32–$26.12 per hour, based on experience, plus a $1 per hour shift differential. Available shifts: 7 AM–7 PM (2‑2‑3 schedule) and 7 PM–7 AM (2‑2‑3 schedule). Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot all material blending systems. Clean material system filters, socks, and canisters. Monitor regrind usage and adjust based on departmental goals. Maintain material flow to all machines within the area of responsibility. Certify and drive a stand‑up forklift. Complete all required paperwork. Identify and label all materials placed in gaylords for later use. Maintain material hoses and replace when necessary. Housekeep blender mezzanines, silo room, compressor area, and back aisle up to the railroad tracks. Clean silo access rooms. Write work orders for items in need of repair. Communicate with the following shift and operators. Follow company safety procedures and policies. Perform all other assigned duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred). Basic math skills. Ability to work 30 ft. off the ground. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels. Capability to lift 75 lbs occasionally. Ability to stand or walk in a hot environment for 12 hours with appropriate breaks.
