Vehicle Service Concierge & Customer Advocate

AutoNation

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge service technicians and customers in our state-of-the-art service departments. You’ll explain technician recommendations in clear terms and suggest upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe. You will set appointments, greet customers, and determine needs through walk-arounds and test drives. This role emphasizes a consultative approach to maintenance planning and timely communication with the shop. #J-18808-Ljbffr
