Head Chef

Lead and manage the complete kitchen operations. Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, including Commi and Helpers. Maintain food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Monitor food inventory, portion control, and minimize wastage. Coordinate with F&B and management for smooth kitchen operations. Manage food costing and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources. Ensure timely preparation and service of all food orders. Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Handle busy operations and maintain high standards under pressure. Requirements: 4–6 years of relevant experience in a hotel/resort or similar hospitality setup. Strong knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine food preparation. Good leadership and team-management skills. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
