You’ll have the opportunity to move beyond traditional compliance and work directly with sophisticated partnership structures and transactions, including: ✅ 704(b) capital account modeling ✅ Complex partnership allocations ✅ Distribution waterfalls & partnership economics ✅ New investments, restructurings & dispositions ✅ Review of partnership agreements and transaction documents ✅ Tax reporting, forecasting & compliance ✅ Improving and automating tax models and processes You’ll also advise internal stakeholders on the tax implications of both completed and prospective transactions , providing exposure well beyond the traditional tax function. Who are we looking for? Ideally, someone with: ✔️ 5+ years of partnership tax experience ✔️ Big 4 / national public accounting or relevant industry experience ✔️ CPA required ✔️ Strong knowledge of Subchapter K and 704(b) ✔️ Experience with complex partnership and investment structures ✔️ Strong Excel and tax modeling capabilities If you’ve built a strong foundation in partnership tax, this might be the one.
