Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities
• Design and implement secure, high-quality embedded software solutions for equipment controls.
• Participate in cross-functional teams (software, firmware, controls, hardware, applications) to ensure tight integration of subsystems.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including specifications, design documents, prototyping, implementation, and unit testing.
• Commit to delivering high-quality, secure software products in a timely fashion.
• Support a collaborative team culture and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on embedded software development experience; recent graduates with successful internship/co-op are encouraged to apply.
• Strong software design and programming skills in C/C++, along with familiarity with tools such as Git and Jira.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in New Freedom, PA.
