Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of assembly technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate daily assembly schedules to meet production targets and customer delivery dates.

• Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
