Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including performance evaluations and training.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure material availability.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and production management software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop production teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages.
• Strong understanding of automation and industry 4.0 concepts.
