Assisting with member correspondence activities, the full-time Correspondence Processor will generate clinical determination letters for members and providers while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards. Key responsibilities Generate clear and accurate clinical determination letters for members and providers, adhering to regulatory requirements Monitor letter queues to ensure timely generation and delivery of correspondence Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards and troubleshoot issues related to letter creation or delivery Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare environment Previous experience as a Correspondence Processor is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple letter queues and deadlines Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or applicable software programs Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations
