Emergency Department Registered Nurse
Join our fast-paced Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse, where you'll provide critical care to a diverse adult population.
What You'll Be Doing
- Care for adult patients in the Observation unit
- Assess patient conditions to determine need for admission or safe discharge
- Manage a high patient turnover of 20 to 27 patients per day
- Collaborate with a team providing 24/7 provider coverage
- Deliver care to both emergency observation and admitted boarding patients
What We Need To See
- Valid RN License in New York
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Telemetry experience
- NIHSS certification
