Responsibilities Role: Physical Therapist. Location: In‑facility. Reports to: Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. International degrees evaluated as U.S. equivalent to a PT degree.
