Physical Therapist - RehabilitationWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to effectively screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. You will be responsible for developing appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices, you will support clinical interventions and administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan.ResponsibilitiesAssess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in clinical records.Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient evaluation.Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.Communicate effectively with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans.Document all required information in the electronic documentation system as per company policy.Participate in required meetings and trainings including patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.Adhere to APTA and state-required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during practice.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of PT experience; new graduates accepted if they have Level II experience.LTC or Rehab experience required.Oklahoma State License required.ScheduleThis is a days shift of 8 hours.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
